The MAX: Athletic Performance Training
The MAX is designed to make all participants grades 6-12 better athletes, regardless of the sports they participate in. The MAX is a motivating and intense summer program to improve one’s overall fitness level, with specifics in speed, agility, and strength. This program is designed and ran by PT Plus, Inc. to help athletes prepare for their upcoming sports seasons and develop lifestyle & lifelong fitness habits. The program will include strength, speed, agility and general conditioning workouts, taught and developed by PT Plus professional fitness staff. We will be incorporating the SST & BFS models that focuses on strength, stability, speed, agility, and metabolic development. Many hours have already been dedicated into planning THE MAX 2016. Be Prepared, to Be Challenged!
This is a co-ed fitness program and will be run at P.T. Plus facilities.
